For what purpose do we process data?
We process data primarily for purposes related to the proper operation of the Website and the Foundation's statutory activities, including all charitable activities. In connection with these activities, Users' personal data is transferred to Partners. The Foundation ensures that Partners process the data provided by the Foundation solely for the purpose of executing their agreements and relationships with the Foundation, while respecting personal data protection laws.
We process personal data to perform activities in accordance with your consent – the data provided will be processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR and in accordance with the content of the GDPR.
Furthermore, as a Foundation, we may pursue claims arising from our activities, which involve the processing of data for this purpose (Article 6, paragraph 1, letters b and f of the GDPR – legitimate interest of the controller).
Due to tax obligations, it may be necessary to process personal data (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter c, GDPR).
We process data for archival (evidential) purposes, which are the implementation of our legitimate interest in securing information in the event of a legal need to prove facts (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f of the GDPR).
We process data for the purpose of determining, pursuing or defending against claims, which is our legitimate interest (basis in Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).

providers of legal and advisory services and those supporting the Controller in pursuing claims (in particular law firms, debt collection agencies or accounting firms),
institutions authorized to process personal data under applicable law,
entities cooperating with the Administrator, with whom appropriate entrustment agreements have been concluded,
Please note that public authorities which may receive personal data in the framework of a specific inquiry in accordance with Union or Member State law are not considered recipients. The processing of personal data by these public authorities must comply with the data protection rules applicable to the purposes of the processing.
The Foundation ensures that Partners process the data provided by the Foundation solely for the purposes of executing the agreements and relationships between them and the Foundation, in compliance with the legal provisions on personal data protection.
How long do we process your data?
Your personal data will be processed by the Administrator for no longer than necessary to perform the related activities specified in separate regulations (e.g., accounting regulations). With respect to marketing data, the data will not be processed for longer than 3 years.
Your rights
1) the right to access the content of your personal data,
2) the right to request rectification of your personal data,
3) the right to delete your personal data,
4) the right to limit the processing of your personal data,
5) the right to transfer your personal data to another controller,
6) the right to object to the processing of your personal data,
7) the right to request the cessation of personal data processing,
8) the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
To exercise any of the above rights, please contact us by phone or email. We hereby inform you that you have the right to lodge a complaint with the body supervising compliance with personal data protection regulations.
Is providing data mandatory?
Providing your data is voluntary, but please remember that in many cases we will not be able to provide you with certain services if you do not provide the data required. Providing certain data is necessary, for example, to send you a newsletter.
